I designed the Cosmic Cartilage Hoop with a delicate row of white sapphires along its side - a representation of eternal love, and a symbol of strength and creativity.

This cartilage hoop earring is made of recycled solid 14k gold - and is 16g (1.2mm) or 18g (1.0mm) thick. The most popular size is 8mm (inner diameter). Suitable for cartilage piercings - you can wear them in your tragus or helix.
