Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the jewelry in its original protective packaging and include all certificates or promotional materials to ensure a full refund.

  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
